As a process operator, you will oversee and manage the production process in one of our chemical factories, ensuring that the output meets quality, quantity, environmental, and safety standards efficiently. You will independently troubleshoot issues and conduct process checks. You will work in 5 shift rotations at our location in Delfzijl. Does this excite you?

As Shift Team Leader, you will realize and monitor the production objectives for the assigned plant in the short term (8-24 hour results) in terms of quality, quantity, and costs, in line with the site strategy.

As a process operator, you control and manage the production process in one of our chemical plants, ensuring that output occurs efficiently within the specified standards regarding quality, quantity, environment, and safety. You independently troubleshoot malfunctions and perform process controls. You work in a 5-shift system, stationed in Delfzijl.
